The IBA Hague Office (Aurelie Roche-Mair) has released a discussion paper on the creation of an ICC Association of Counsel. It is for discussion at the forthcoming Assembly of States Parties.
Steven Kay QC and Jonathan Grimes of Kingsley Napley as Co-Chairs of the IBA War Crimes Committee organised a meeting of Defence Counsel at the ICC in January 2015 in order to form such an association, have welcomed the report.
