The ICC and Climate Change

On the sixth day of the annual Assembly of States Parties in The Hague, discussions were held on a range of issues including climate justice, the future of the International Criminal Court, evidence in ICC trials, national prosecutions of ICC crimes, protection of human rights defenders, and lessons learnt from the ICC investigation in Kenya.
