HURIWA calls on Buratai to arrest Army operatives responsible for market place killings

The Chief of Army Staff in Nigeria: Major General Tukur Buratai (pictured) has been called on by the Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria (HURIWA) to arrest and prosecute Army operatives in Aba, Abia State, who are responsible for the killing of innocent bystanders at  the Ariaria International Market last weekend. HURIWA has given the Major General a period of seven days to arrest the soldiers who committed the extrajudicial killing of more than four traders in the market place.
