Geneva Declaration on Human Rights at Sea V1

David Hammond former member of 9 Bedford Row and founder of the charity Human Rights At Sea has successfully achieved the publication of the first Geneva Declaration for Human rights at sea. 9 Bedford Row congratulates David on this great moment in his campaign to protect the lives and safety of seafarers.
