Al-Bashir case: ICC Appeals Chamber takes a different approach with the African Union

On Monday the ICC Appeals Chamber will issue its judgement on an appeal Jordan filed against a decision Pre-Trial Chamber II made finding Jordan failed to arrest former Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir on March 2017 when he was in Jordan for a League of Arab States summit.
