Activists Raise Concerns Over Upcoming Kenyan Elections

The politics of activists well known for embarrassing the ICC in the failed trials of the Kenyan election PEV in 2007 have started again. It would be wise to watch closely the nature of the evidence that is being relied upon by those creating these headlines as they caused the ICC to embark upon the disastrous prosecutions in the Kenyatta and Ruto cases. The last election in 2012 passed without notable incident, so why would there be a problem in 2017? Unless of course, it is an outcome that is wanted. – Steven Kay QC
