100 Series Rules considered by ISO

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) are currently considering the 100 Series Rules for the Use of Force authored by David Hammond and supported by 9BRI as a potentially new Publicly Available Specification (PAS) as a Part II to ISO PAS 28007:2012 “Ships and marine technology — Guidelines for Private Maritime Security Companies (PMSC) providing privately contracted armed security personnel (PCASP) on board ships (and pro forma contract)”.
