A Human Rights Abuse Alert in relation to the ongoing situation in Algeria has been published this morning by Steven Kay QC and Gillian Higgins at the Chambers of 9 Bedford Row.
The alert has been submitted to the United Nations Human Rights Council, Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International.
