The International Criminal Court Bar Association (ICCBA) is organizing a Mindfulness in the Workplace training session, specifically tailored for lawyers, on Friday 11th January 2019 in The Hague. The hour-long session will be led by Gillian Higgins, who in addition to working as an international criminal barrister at The Chambers of 9 Bedford Row, is also a professional meditation teacher. The session aims to explain the concept of mindfulness and its benefits, including how it can help lawyers reduce stress, improve focus, gain a more restful night’s sleep and enjoy an improved overall sense of wellbeing at work.
The event will start at 12:00, and will be held at the following address:
ICCBA-ABCPI, International Criminal Court, Oude Waalsdorperweg, The Hague, Netherlands
