An Introduction to Mindfulness in the Workplace: London, Thursday 19th July 2018


Next month, international barrister and meditation teacher Gillian Higgins will be hosting a Corporate Mindfulness Morning at her chambers, 9 Bedford Row.

This session, “An Introduction to Mindfulness in the Workplace” will take place from 10-1pm and is intended for those who are new to the practice of mindfulness. It will provide guidance on how to incorporate it into the workplace and how developing these practices can help you to reduce stress, improve focus, sleep better and enjoy an improved sense of wellbeing.

The morning session includes pr-reading material, a three-hour practical session with guidance and mindfulness practices for the workplace. It also includes free access to Practical Meditation’s online 7-day Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation course (RRP:£12).
